Check in for your bus service free of charge online on the UIA website, via mobile app FlyUIA or provide your valid passport and contact details (e-mail address and / or mobile phone number) to check in automatically. There is no check-in for bus service at Boryspil Airport or at Vinnytsia Airport.
If you do not check in for your bus trip, not to worry: you can board upon presenting a document that proves your identity, a ticket or a boarding pass.
Please note: If you arrive at Boryspil Airport by bus from Vinnitsa and have no boarding pass for your flight with UIA, you can have your boarding pass issued at the check-in counter for a fee.
You can check in through to final destination if the time between the arrival of the previous flight and the departure of the next flight does not exceed 48 hours.
The UIA standard checked baggage and hand baggage allowances apply to combined flights. Checking your baggage in for the bus journey is not necessary.
Not permitted with bus service: animals, weapons, bulky sporting equipment including vaulting poles, and non-folding wheelchairs (we accept collapsible wheelchairs only).
When travelling to Vinnytsia, please have your baggage checked in to Boryspil Airport. Upon arrival at Boryspil Airport and before continuing your journey by bus to Vinnytsia, please claim your baggage and proceed to board your bus.
If you travel from Vinnytsia, your baggage will not be checked in at Vinnytsia airport. Upon arrival at Boryspil Airport, please check your baggage in for your flight with UIA.
If you have a boarding pass, you can check your baggage in for the flight at check-in desks or at any Self Bag Drop counter.
UIA cannot accept any liability for baggage carried by bus.
